The Sunday Times today announces the appointment of Marina O'Loughlin as its new restaurant critic.
O’Loughlin, one of the most garlanded restaurant critics writing today, will contribute restaurant reviews to The Sunday Times Magazine each week, continuing in the tradition of the late AA Gill.
O’Loughlin was previously a critic for The Guardian and Metro and has won six major awards in recent years including three Guild of Food Writers awards and Critic of the Year at the British Press Awards.
Martin Ivens, Editor of The Sunday Times, said:
“I have long been a fan of Marina's reviews. She has a unique style and sense of fun. She will be a bright star in The Sunday Times's galaxy of talent.”
