The Sunday Times' Michael Glackin was judged Financial Journalist of the Year and the late Gordon Aikman was awarded Columnist of the Year for with his husband Joe Pike collecting his award.
Sports Feature Writer of the Year went to The Times' Michael Grant.
News Scotland General Manager, Richard Bogie said: "It's great to see recognition across all our Scottish titles for the outstanding journalism and dedication that our teams show day in, day out. These awards are not solely recognising the winners, but all the hard working staff who contribute to the success and growth of our titles."
The Scottish Sun editor Alan Muir said: "Gordon Tait did a fantastic job leading our winning Team of the Year, along with Paul Thornton, Christine Lavelle and Gail Cameron. The Liam Fee series of scoops was a brilliant piece of old-fashioned journalism. Bill Leckie rightly won Sports Columnist of the Year, a new category. Bill always brings a different perspective to the subject he writes about - whether it be sport or news. And it's always from the heart, with conviction - making him a must read.
"Well done also to our runners-up: Matt Bendoris in the Interviewer of the Year category, Chris Musson for Political Journalist and cartoonist Brian Petrie."
Meanwhile News UK Technology won gongs for the Real IT Partnership of the Year for their Bangalore set up and transition and the Real IT Improving Team Diversity award for their technology diversity initiative.
The tech team were also highly commended for Service Improvement and Infrastructure as an Enabler for the Tracy Island Project.
