Sarah was appointed as Chief People Officer in September 2021.
Sarah has been a News UK HR Director since 2018 providing strategic HR support for areas including Editorial, Technology, Marketing, Data & Insights at News UK, and HR Director for the Newsprinters business.
In addition to her HR responsibilities, Sarah is also core to the News UK Wellbeing team, which introduced an extremely successful ‘Wellness Wednesday’ campaign. She has been pivotal to the award-winning Wellness activity which has provided the toolkit to inspire, educate and enable colleagues to look after their physical and mental wellness through the global pandemic.
She previously worked for Tesco in various Commercial, Operation and Senior HR roles across the UK and global businesses.
