Chris Duncan, Managing Director TNL, has been selected by The Marketing Academy for its 2017 Board level ‘Fellowship Programme’.
Developed in partnership with management consultancy firm McKinsey & Co, the programme is run by The Marketing Academy, which develops leadership capabilities in individuals working in marketing, media, advertising and communications. The Fellowship is designed for those who have the clear ambition and potential to become CEOs in the future. In this 4th year of the programme, the 2017 Fellows include Executives based in 6 European countries and for the first time includes marketing leaders from the USA and Middle East.
Chris Duncan was appointed in his current role in November 2016. As MD of TNL, Duncan is tasked with continuing to grow sales of The Times and The Sunday Times in print and digital and seeking out new opportunities for the brands to ensure TNL remains a profitable operation. During his career with News UK, Chris has held the role of Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Customer Officer, playing a leading role in building direct sales channels for all titles and growing revenue from subscriptions both in print and digital channels.
