Today, News UK confirms the next major opportunity for the thousands of independent retailers across the UK and the Republic of Ireland to revitalise the news category within their stores and renew their shop fronts.
Independent retailers interested in maximising sales and growing the strength of the news category in general are invited to discuss the opportunity of installing Sun or Times branded items to uplift and refresh the inside and outside of their premises.
News UK is offering Sun or Times branded internal display stands to promote the news category to customers in a fresh and vibrant way, and for retailers interested in updating the street presence of their outlet – Sun or Times branded awnings, shop facias, window branding and blade signage are also available.

Independent retailers who sell The Sun, The Times and The Sunday Times are invited to call 01344 418574 from 9am to 5.30pm to discuss the opportunity with News UK’s Retail team.
The options being made available to independent retailers are scalable and will be allocated after a retailer has joined the Retail+ Partner programme – launched in November 2013 as part of the Retail+ initiative to improve News UK’s service and communications with independent retailers. An assessment of News UK title sales will also be made and a Sun or Times branding route would have to be agreed with the retailer. Other terms and conditions apply.
